Growth Mindset

Carol Dweck is known for being one of the world's greatest and best leading researchers who focuses her time in the motivational aspect of individuals. Her studies over the years have helped and showed that the reasoning behind why individuals succeed and the reasoning to why they do not. She has been featured on multiple platforms including The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, The New Yorker, The New York Times, etc.
Some of the growth mindset challenges that I would challenge either myself or friends to would be to receive and give feedback and use constructive criticism while learning from other students as well. Giving and receiving information and exchanging ideas can be a good idea to helping grow your ideas as well as other students' ideas and thought processes.
I have never heard of Carol Dweck before watching this ted talks and videos of her talking about individuals and their motivational aspects. She did open up my mind to various ideas and thought processes while watching the videos and thinking about how all this applies in the real world. I feel like I will be more interested and intrigued to find out more about growth mindset and how I can relate to it as well as my surroundings as well as to my environment.

  1. Asha it is nice to know that challenges one faces while having growth mindset is how would you not take it in a wrong way and use the feedback and use the constructive criticism to better yourself than thinking negative of a person. Instead of causing drama it would have been way better if people would work on bettering themselves than gossiping about the person who gave them the feedback and for a change work on the criticism one gets.
